Lakestone Storage is part of Lakestone Properties—a property management company that provides property management services throughout the Greater Madison Area. Lakestone Properties represents property owners, investors, and tenants in the Madison, WI region. In addition to Lakestone Storage, we have two affiliate services called Lakestone Field Services and the Lakestone Home Ownership Program.

If you’re currently renting from Lakestone Properties, you’re eligible to receive a 10% discount off storage units sized 10'x25' or less.

Lakestone Field Services

Lakestone Field Services is a property preservation company serving South Central WI. We specialize in maintaining REO/RELO properties, estates, and listed properties on the MLS and FSBO. We have 20+ years of experience providing services such as:

Debris removal
Lawn care/Landscaping
Snow removal and snow plowing
Janitorial services
Demolition
Trash outs
Rekeys
Winterizations

Lakestone Home Ownership Program

The Lakestone Home Ownership Program helps current Lakestone Properties residents purchase a home. Our agents can also help you through the entire process—from mortgage pre-approval to closing. We service Dane County and the surrounding areas. Tenant participants can save on closing costs through our preferred lender program. You’ll be released from your lease with Lakestone Properties on the last day of the month after move-out and closing on the home. Some restrictions apply; see Program Eligibility below for additional information.

Program Eligibility

Must be a Lakestone Properties resident in good standing.
The purchase price must be at least $175,000.
Lakestone Properties must be your first contact. Buyers with a current agent relationship may be ineligible.
